Seniors report to the Main Gym at LCHS by Noon on Sunday, May 19th.

Each graduate will be limited to 6 tickets.
Attire:
Appropriate attire is required. Nice dress pants/shirt or a dress with comfortable shoes. All graduates are required to wear the cap and gown during the ceremony.

Mandatory Rehearsal Information
When: Friday, May 17, 2024
Time: 9:00am (rehearsal is approx. 2 hours) Location: LCHS Fieldhouse (athletic entrance) Cap/gown, ceremony tickets, honor cords,
Cum Laude stole & handicapped parking permits will be distributed.
*Students in AP German and AP Music Theory are excused from rehearsal and can pick up their materials from the main office on Friday.
Caps & Gowns:
Don‘t worry! As part of the school year registration process/fees you have already ordered and paid for the cap & gown.
All graduates are expected to wear the provided school cap, tassel, and gown for the ceremony. Graduates can receive school-earned chords, stoles and pins and may also add their own chords, stoles, and pins. Nothing other than chords, stoles, or pins will be approved to be worn on the gown. Flags are not permitted. To enhance and personalize the ceremony, graduates are permitted to decorate their cap. Please take into consideration the guidelines when personalizing graduation attire. Failure to follow these guidelines could result in the removal of the item.
Accessible Seating/Parking
Families requiring accessible seating/parking must request it prior to May 3, 2024. Completed forms can be returned to the Main Office. See attached form.
Final Grades/Report Cards:
Final semester 2 grades will be available on May 31st. These grades will be viewable via the Infinite Campus Portal. Report cards will be mailed home the week of June 3rd.
Important Information:
All graduation requirements must be met by 8:00am on May 16th. Including proof of Driver Education (if taken privately) and the completion of the State required FAFSA. The FAFSA waiver is now available online only. Please email Mr. Bargar at nathan.bargar@chsd117.org if you need the link.
