Did you know that D117 has a textbook evaluation process in place to review the textbooks that our educators choose for our students? The process includes displaying the textbook at the district office for 30 days for public review and comment.
We are currently using this process to evaluate a new textbook for our Advanced Placement US History classes. The textbook that is in the process of being adopted is The Unfinished Nation: A Concise History of the American People, Brinkley et al, McGraw Hill (2022).
