Starting the 2023–24 school year, District 117 students may enter all D117 Athletics and Fine Arts events for free by presenting their Student ID (except for IHSA State Series contests). Our staff and students are grateful to the Board of Education for their generous support and their recognition of the value of student participation in after school events, either as members of clubs, sports, or activities, or as spectators or audience members.

In order to take advantage of this free admission, D117 students must present their Student ID by showing either their ID badge or their Infinite Campus ID on their phone.

The admission process will vary depending on the event and where it is held. Please see below for details.

To enter athletic events for free, present your Antioch or Lakes Student ID. Your ID will be scanned so that your attendance is recorded. Students can use their physical ID cards or pull up Infinite Campus on their phones and present the barcode to be scanned. Please follow the directions of the staff who are checking and scanning IDs. Please note that IHSA State Series events (regionals, sectionals) are not eligible for free admission.  Athletic events that charge admission are Football, Boys Basketball, Wrestling, and Indoor Track and Field.
