We are excited to be offering a new program in the upcoming school year to help meet the dental needs of your children attending either Lakes or Antioch Community High School. CHSD117 is partnering with Miles of Smiles, LTD to offer dental services with trained professionals at ACHS! Please follow this link to the flier that includes a QR code for easy sign up. Also attached is a traditionally formated permission form if you'd prefer to use that. Just return the form ot the front office. That is all you need to do! Once we have enough interest, Miles of Smiles will contact us to set up a date for this service during the 24/25 school year. Please note, there si NO OUT OF POCKET COST, regardless of your financial situation. If this is something you may be interested in, please fill out the permission form as soon as you can.
